Policies:

A Drape will be used at all times to insure your privacy and the comfort of both you and the massage therapist.

Our services are strictly non sexual/sensual. Any inappropriate or otherwise illicit requests or solicitations are prohibited, this form of conduct and/or behavior will not be tolerated and the massage will be ended with full payment charged.

Grace Massage & Bodyworks reserves the right to notify local law enforcement of illegal verbal or physical advances. Massage will not be performed if the client is under the influence of alcohol or illegal mind altering substances.

If you are under the age of 18, a legal guardian must accompany you at all times. Guardianship must be verified with current ID of both guardian and minor.

A credit card may be required to reserve a massage appointment. If you need to cancel your massage appointment please do so at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel your massage appointment in less than 24 hours the cancellation fee is $50, if you cancel within 4 hours or less we will charge you the full amount of the massage therapy session.

For our records and time accounting, therapists are required to call our offices when they arrive at your appointment and when they are finished with your session.
